What is AseemA A fully adjustable soft structured baby carrier, which can be used from birth to toddlerhood. Features Offers 3 ergonomic carry options- Newborn (does not require an infant insert), Back, and Front carry Fully customisable carrier with easy base and height adjustments. The soft neck padding can be folded inward or outward, as neck support for newborns, or for sleeping toddlers. 3 way shoulder adjustment which can be both ‘H’ or ‘X’ style for optimal comfort for all body types. Legs out padding for the baby Soft and breathable 100% woven cotton fabric Removable lumbar support for extra comfort especially for people with weak backs. A generously sized removable front pouch which is great to use with the carrier or just by itself. Removable and adjustable hood which is generously sized to work until toddlerhood comfortably.

You can spot-clean your Soul product as required. Please wash it separately for the first few washes as the colours may bleed a little. Soul fabrics may show colour variations, loose threads, tiny slubs, snags or unevenness that are characteristic of natural fibre textiles. These variations should in no way be considered flaws or defects as they do not affect the functionality of the carrier. It is the nature of the fabric and these imperfections highlight its natural beauty and uniqueness. Sizes mentioned are before washing

Soul baby carriers (ring sling, onbuhimo, wrap, Full Buckle, AseemA & AnoonA) come with a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
You may return a defective Soul baby carrier within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange it for a product of the same value (subject to stock availability). If you wish to return/exchange a product without any manufacturing defect, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned product (price including tax). The conditions for product return/exchange are detailed below so do read them carefully and ensure you follow our guidelines:

5 to 7 days , due to Covid 19, we are unable to guarantee delivery within the timelines, it totally depends on the Pincode if the area where the shipment is going.

Are there any charges for shipping?
The shipping is free across India for all IPS original products.
How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
IPS team ships order three days in a week.
Custom orders or made to order items take longer. The specific time frames for made to order items are available in the individual product description section. The time frames for custom orders are discussed with you personally before placing the order.
All our international shipments take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered if the products are IPS original products and are not made to order products.

How does the delivery happen?
We process all shipping through logistic partner Shiprocket. If there is no service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Post or Speed Post.

Please make sure the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you with all tags in tact. A full refund will be processed after we receive the returned product.
