Material:
The outer layer is waterproof yet breathable, the inside layers are all made of super absorbent GOTS certified Organic Cotton, which absorbs real fast and dries fast after wash. The topmost layer of the insert and the body of the shell has a fleece layer which will keep the baby dry.
Shipping and Returns:
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 30 business days to process and ship.
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. However, we won’t be able to accept return of the Products, once sold. Due to the intimate nature of the Product and for hygiene purposes, Innate is unable to exchange or accept any return of the Products.

Are there any charges for shipping?
The shipping is free across India for all IPS original products.
How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
IPS team ships order three days in a week.
Custom orders or made to order items take longer. The specific time frames for made to order items are available in the individual product description section. The time frames for custom orders are discussed with you personally before placing the order.
All our international shipments take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered if the products are IPS original products and are not made to order products.

How does the delivery happen?
We process all shipping through logistic partner Shiprocket. If there is no service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Post or Speed Post.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
If your order is still being processed, and has not been dispatched, you can contact us via reachus@indieprojectstore.com and modify your shipping address.

Returns
Because we are customers ourselves and we know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete "Hassle Free Returns/Refunds" to all our customers.
If your goods are damaged or if you received an incorrect product, or if you're simply not satisfied with what you've received, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
- Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.
Please make sure the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you with all tags in tact. A full refund will be processed after we receive the returned product.
